If you talk to my closest friends and family, they'll tell you that I am a kind and humble guy. I don't talk a lot about myself and I am not a fan of talking about my business and social media when I am out with my friends.
Unfortunaly, it usually becomes a topic anyway. Not because I bring it up, but because someone always mentions it. I really appreciate my social media and the opportunity it has given me, but it's not something I brag about.
Even though I am humble, I am also honest and confident. I love my work and I am not afraid to tell you that I know exactly what I am doing.

I am a certified personal trainer. Anyone can call themself a coach or a PT, but I am certified, menaing that I have completed an education and an exam in order to get that certification.
I am also a certified Henselmans PT. If you don't know who Menno Henselmans is, he's one of the best guys in the fitness industry. He is an online physique coach, scientific researcher and international public speaker.
In his course I learned how to design optimal training, nutrition and supplementation programs for muscle growth, fat loss and strength development. We also went through food choices for optimal health, diet adherence, physique sports and powerlifting.
In addition to that, I am a also power trainer, meaning that I've specialized in powerlifting exercises (squats, bench press, deadlifts) and explosive training (sprinting, jumping etc...)
I am curious and always eager to learn new things, and since I specialize in fat loss, health and lifestyle changes, I started a bachelors degree in publich health back in August 2020.

What can you expect?
When working with me you can expect a coach who is eager to learn more about you and your lifestyle. Every individual is different, and therefore every detail in your plan needs to be tailored towards that.
Your training program is based on your goals, current level and what equipment you've got access to. You get weekly tasks related to your diet and lifestyle, and all the tools/guidance you need to create a sustainable diet.
I will be there to support you 24/7. If anything comes up, or you've got any questions, I am available in our chat. You also have the opportunity to talk with me on the phone once a month.
At the end of every week I will evaluate your progress and make adjustments to the plan if necessary. Changes will be made to your training program and weekly tasks, based on your feedback and performance.
Another great thing that's going to save you a lot of time, is that fact that everything is inside one app. There's no need to jump back and fourth through spreadsheets and emails. Everything is inside one app.
