My story

My name is Thomas Thoresen, but you can just call me Thomas. I help people lose fat without giving up their favorite foods.

I found my passion for fitness and nutrition when I was 17, and it completely changed my career plans.

At the age of 19 I got certified as a personal trainer and I've been coaching people since. I love my job and I am always eager to learn more.

 

That's why I have 2 different PT certifications and currently study a Bachelors degree in Public Health.

Fitness changed my life! It didn't just change my body. It changed my mindset and confidence as well.

In this photo you will see my 8 year transformation (from 14-22). On the left side I am a young, weak and pretty insecure guy. On the right side I am a strong and confident man.

I know what fitness did to me and I would like to help you achieve the exact same thing! So if your goal is to lose fat, build muscle and become more confident, I am here to help you!

My philosophy:

 

When working with clients I believe in good communication and a consistent dialouge. That's why I talk to the majority of my clients 2-3 times a week. I also talk with some on the phone.

As you probably understand, I am not just a coach. I am a teammate and your biggest supporter! Consistency is the key to long term success, and support is one of the most important factors when it comes to staying on track long term.

Your training and diet will be tailored to your specific goals and needs. This is not a "one size fits all approach". Every little detail will be tailored to your individual situation and lifestyle.

We will make adjustments to your plan as we go. I will always do my best to help you get the best possible results, but at the same time making sure you enjoy your life.

I don't want to put you on a strict and boring diet. I want you to be flexible and enjoy your favorite foods, have a couple of drinks with your friends and have a good life!

A long term collaboration (3 months +) allows us to experiment a lot. This will help you figure out what works and what doesn't. Based on those experiences we can create a balanced and sustainable plan that allows you to lose fat over time, without giving up your favorite foods!
