What's included in the different features?
1 on 1 coaching means that you will work with me personally.
Exercise coaching includes a custom training program based on your goal, training experience, where you work out and what equipment you've got access to. You'll also have access to an exercise guide with videoes + the opportunity to send me exercise videoes to evaluate your form.
Nutrition coaching includes custom macros (in most cases a protein and calorie intake) + nutrition guidance. You will not get a strict and boring meal plan. I'll teach you how to eat properly, how to set up meals, and how you can reach your goals while enjoying your favorite foods. You don't have to track your calorie intake if you don't want to.
Lifestyle coaching includes a full evaluation of your lifestyle where we deal with how active you are (daily steps), stress levels, sleep, energy levels etc... We'll focus on creating habits to optimize all of these factors in order to create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
24/7 support via chat allows you to contact me at anytime. I usually answer within 24 hours. When chatting with me you can ask questions, give me relevant info about what's happening in your life, send exercise videoes and photos on your meals. I'll be there to help answer your questions and advice you on how to deal with different situations and challenges you go through.
Monthly coaching call is a monthly call where we talk on the phone for about 30 min. We'll talk about your progress, goals, challenges etc... and come up with a plan for the next couple of weeks.
Do I need to track my calorie intake?
Not at all! I always have some clients that don't wanna track their calorie intake, and that's fine. It might take a little longer to get results in the beginning, but over time, you'll learn how to eat properly.
Do I need a gym membership to join?
You don't need a gym membership to join the program. You can work out at home. If you don't have access to a gym, you'll get a home workout program (Full Support & VIP package). The Nutrition/Lifestyle package is without training.
Do I need to pay it all at once?
You don't have to pay this on a monthly basis. I do offer partial payments. If you're interested in paying installments, send me an email
Do I have to start right away?
If you're not interested in starting right away, you can reserve a spot for later. If you're interested about that, send me an email.
How many months is the program?
The program lasts for as long as you want. Most people work with me for 4-6 months, but I also have clients who've worked with me for 1-2 years!
I have a 3 month minimum committment, meaning that you will have to work with me for at least 3 months. This is because changing your lifestyle gradually happens over time. If you want great results, you need to give yourself at least 3 months, preferably more.
