What is the difference between Thoresen Fitness Academy and Online Coaching?

- Thoresen Fitness Academy is more or less a DIY (Do It Yourself) service with all the content and info you need to make a change. Online coaching is a 1 on 1 coaching service where you will be personally coached by me and everything will be tailored towards your specific goals and needs.

Who are the programs for?

- My services are mainly for those who are looking to make a change in their lives and lose fat. Fat loss has to be your main goal if you're going to work with me, but you can also other goals such as muscle growth, strength, getting fit, better physical health, better mental health, better confidence etc... on top of your main fat loss goal.

How can I sign up?

- You can sign up to 1 on 1 coaching by filling out my application form or by reaching out via email. To sign up for 1 on 1 coaching, you must go through the application form and get qualified. For the academy, you can get started right by clicking here!

Should I go for the academy or 1 on 1 coaching?

- Thoresen Fitness Academy is a good fit if you feel that you can succeed on your own, as long as you have all the right content and info available. If you want to be a part of a great community with people in the same situation as you - and you don't wanna invest a lot of money in a personal coach, you should probably go with TFA (Thoresen Fitness Academy)

- 1 on 1 coaching is a good fit if you want a teammate, motivator and supporter 24/7. If you want every single detail of your plan 100% tailored towards your specific goals and needs - and you see the value of investing in your physical and mental health, this is the right option for you.
